Description
Skip was an American Foxhound who learned how to live life on his own terms. He was rescued from a local Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) shelter after being chained outdoors for the first six years of his life. When he came to us, he didn’t know how to “dog” and you could tell he had completely given up on life. But as we worked with him, showed him love and affection, taught him about playing with other dogs, and introduced him to toys and treats, he eventually came out of his shell and suddenly wanted to soak in as much life as possible. Therefore, the phrase “Just Skip It” no longer means to NOT do something because you don’t want to—just the opposite, in fact. In Skip’s terms, it means go do what you want to do with all the zest and enthusiasm you can muster. Get out there and join him!
